ماهى دقة اختبار الحمل المنزلي؟
لأن اختبارات الحمل المنزلية هذه تقيس الهرمون الناتج عن التصاق البويضة المخصبة بجدار الرحم، الهرمون المسمى “موجهة الغدد التناسلية المشيمائية البشرية HCG” بحيث يظهر فى الفترة من 6 – 12 يوماً بعد الإخصاب، ويختلف التوقيت حسب كل حالة، لذلك قومي بالاختبار عندما تتأخر دورتك الطمثية يوماً ربما بسبب الحمل.

كيف يعمل اختبار الحمل المنزلى؟
بعد أن يبدأ الطفل المتنامي بإنتاج هرمون HCG، يمكن اكتشاف هذا الهرمون في دمك وبعد فترة قصيرة في بولك، وتستطيع اختبارات الحمل المنزلية كشف HCG في بولك. ويتطلب الاختبار عادة وضع الغميسة أو الشريحة الاختبارية TEST STICK في عينة من البول، وفي غضون بضع دقائق، يشير ظهور نقطة أو خط على الغميسة الاختبارية إلى وجود HCG في البول أم لا، فإذا كان الاختبار إيجابيا، دل ذلك على الحمل.

ماذا لو أشار الاختبار إلى أنك غير حامل ؟
إذا كان النتيجة سلبية، لكن ما تزال علامات الحمل وأعراضه موجودة، فانتظري بضعة أيام، ثم أجري الاختبار ثانية أو اطلبي إجراء اختبار الحمل في عيادة طبيبك. و دمتم بصحة و عافية.
